Jarte also automatically 'links' with WordWeb dictionary if it's installed Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.There is a Portable version so you can try it without installing it.It does not spellcheck 'as you type' but you run the spellcheck when you finish typing and it will find mistakes and suggest other words, you can add words that are correct (EG: a place name you use often) to it's database so it won't be selected again
I have used tinySpell in the past and it was quite good but eventually I decided on Jarte which is a WordPad and NotePad replacement.
